1. Infrastructure Services & Membership

docubanker solutions, LLC ("Company") provides Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and systems administration concierge services. All active customer accounts require an ongoing $2.99/month membership subscription.

2. High-Touch Concierge Model

Services are provisioned via direct concierge interaction. Company does not provide fully automated self-service control panels. Service requests, topology modifications, and resource escalations are processed asynchronously via authorized communication channels.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Responsibility

Client is solely responsible for all content, applications, and network traffic generated within provisioned environments. Prohibited activities include:

• Network attacks, scanning, or unauthorized probing.
• Transmission or hosting of illegal content under Federal or State law.
• Sending unsolicited bulk communications (SPAM) or operating open network relays.
• Utilization of resources for unauthorized cryptocurrency mining or resource abuse that degrades physical host stability.

Violations result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Termination

Company maintains a zero lock-in strategy. Clients may cancel membership and compute subscriptions at any time. Accounts cancelled prior to the end of a billing cycle will remain active until the conclusion of the paid term. Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any account with 30 days' written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, docubanker solutions, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Total aggregate liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to Company in the preceding three (3) months.
