1. Information Collection

Company collects minimal operational data necessary to fulfill IaaS concierge services and maintain billing relationships:

• Account Information: Name, corporate entity details, email address, phone number, and billing identifiers.
• Technical Logs: SSH public keys, source IP addresses for administrative connections, and direct communication history.

Company does not inspect, access, index, or parse the contents of guest filesystems, database records, or application data stored within client-provisioned runtime environments unless explicitly requested by Client for support purposes or required by valid legal process.

2. Third-Party Disclosures & Data Monetization

Company does not sell, rent, broker, or trade client personal data or technical specifications to third parties. Data is shared strictly with essential infrastructure and payment partners (e.g., merchant processors, upstream data center facilities) necessary to deliver provisioned compute services.

3. Data Retention & Sovereignty

Administrative records are retained for the duration of the active membership plus statutory tax compliance periods. Client volume mounts and runtime container filesystems are permanently purged upon verified account cancellation and contract termination.
